In order to ensure that all customers can travel with us in a flexible and safe way, accessibility has been, and continues to be, a core issue when designing vehicles, stations, guidance and orientation systems.
Can I use the Badner Bahn if I am in a wheelchair?
Yes. Our modern low-floor vehicles are fitted with a wheelchair lift. Our drivers are trained to use the lift and will be happy to help you board and disembark. There is space for only one wheelchair per carriage for safety reasons.
How do I know when the low-floor vehicle will come?
The digital departure displays at our stops clearly indicate low-floor vehicles with a pushchair symbol. The first carriage on the display is always the front carriage in the direction of travel. In addition, you will find the same service on our easymobil app.
