Due to the reconstruction and closure of Wiedner Hauptstraße, the Badner Bahn will not run to the regular terminus Wien Oper from April 2 to November 2024. From the Kliebergasse stop, trains will be diverted via Blechturmgasse and Vienna Central Station to the temporary terminus at Quartier Belvedere. Our ticket office at the stop Wien Oper will be closed from April 2 for the duration of the closure.
Passengers who wish to continue their journey to Karlsplatz can change to the Wiener Linien network. Either from the Schedifkaplatz stop (U6/Bahnhof Meidling) with the U6 and U4 lines or from the Hauptbahnhof stop with the U1. Both options lead directly to Karlsplatz / Wien Oper, the usual terminus of the Badner Bahn.
